2. Application Mechanism
The application relies on a digital system aimed at connecting dental students with real patients who need treatment, through a unified platform that facilitates the process of searching for clinical cases and communicating and coordinating regarding them in an organized and effective manner.
The system also places great importance on privacy protection and data confidentiality, as patient information is kept completely confidential, and patient personal data is not disclosed except to the student whose request has been accepted to take over and treat the case, ensuring a balance between providing educational opportunities for students and protecting patient privacy.
3. Target Audience
The application targets dental students who seek to find real clinical cases that enable them to complete their academic course requirements and practical training, especially those who face difficulty in accessing suitable patients within the required time frame, making this application an effective solution to facilitate the search and organization process.
4. Minor Usage Policy
The use of the application is prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. Upon registration, the user acknowledges that they are of legal age and bear full responsibility for their data and for handling clinical cases. In the event that any account belonging to an underage user is discovered, the administration has the right to take necessary actions, including suspending or deleting the account, in order to ensure user safety and compliance with approved legal and ethical standards.

6. Application Owner Rights
The application owner retains a set of legal rights that ensure proper management and development of the system, including the following:
- The owner reserves the full right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the application or its services at any time, in accordance with development, maintenance, or approved policy requirements.
- The owner holds all intellectual property rights related to the application, including: software content, designs, databases, logos, and trademarks.
- No user has the right to copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the application content without prior permission from the owner.
7. Disclaimer
This application is provided as a technical intermediary intended to facilitate communication between dental students and patients, and its role is limited to coordination and communication between parties, without being a provider of medical services or a party in the treatment relationship.
- The application owner fully disclaims responsibility for any lack of response from the patient to calls or messages sent by the student, for any reason whatsoever.
- The application owner disclaims responsibility for the patient’s failure to attend the agreed appointment, or their absence or cancellation for any reason, and this does not result in any obligation or compensation from the application.
- The treating student bears full professional, ethical, and legal responsibility for the quality of care or treatment provided to the patient and its outcomes, provided that treatment is carried out exclusively within dental schools or accredited educational institutions under university supervision and supervising doctors according to applicable regulations.
- The application is not a medical or treatment entity, and does not participate in making treatment decisions, supervising medical procedures, or evaluating their quality, and bears no responsibility for treatment outcomes, complications, or damages that may occur.
- Responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of information and data entered into the application lies with the user who provided it, and the owner disclaims responsibility for any errors or incorrect information provided by users.
- Responsibility for compliance with applicable medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards lies with users, whether students or patients.
- The owner is not considered a direct party in the treatment relationship between student and patient, and bears no legal obligations arising from this relationship.
- The owner is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from misuse of the application or reliance on its information without verification.
- The user agrees to release the application owner from any claims, lawsuits, or compensation arising from their use of the application or any interaction or relationship between student and patient.
8. Dispute Resolution Policy
- In the event of any dispute between the patient and the treating student regarding treatment services, appointments, or any matter arising from the use of the application, both parties must seek to resolve the dispute amicably and in good faith before taking any further action.
- If an amicable solution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant academic or administrative authority at the concerned college or university for review and decision in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- The application owner is not considered a party to any dispute between users and bears no legal, financial, or compensatory responsibility arising from such disputes or related claims.
- All users acknowledge that the role of the application is limited to facilitating communication and coordination between parties and does not extend to dispute resolution, decision-making, or any resulting obligations.
9. Payment and Refund Policy
- User balance is topped up inside the application through available payment methods.
- All payments are final and non-refundable except in specific cases determined by the application management.

- It is not guaranteed that topping up balance or purchasing packages will result in acceptance of a booking request or obtaining a specific clinical case, as this depends on case availability and patient approval.
